Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park

Twenty-one soldiers received the Medal of Honor for their actions at the Battle of Cedar Creek. Fought on October 19, 1864, this was the last major battle of Federal General Philip Sheridan's Shenandoah Valley Campaign. Learn more about the Medal of Honor at Cedar Creek.
