Battle of Lake Erie

Visitors can learn more about the Battle of Lake Erie, fought on September 10, 1813, at Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial, which commemorates the battle and celebrates the lasting peace between Britain, Canada, and the United States that followed the War of 1812. More information can be found at the nearby Visitor Center and through National Park Ranger talks on the site
