Culp's Hill Rock that Witnessed Gettysburg

What if the rock could see?

This Witness Rock, known as "Forbes Rock," existed on Culp's Hill during the Battle of Gettysburg from July 1-July 3, 1863. Garry Adelman describes what the boulder would have witnessed during the battle. You can view the rock in Alexander Gardner's 1863 photograph here: https://www.loc.gov/item/2018670701/
