Meeting place
We will meet on the front porch of Stonewall Manor at 9:00 am.
Planned Activities
Work will be done outside and inside the manor. Outside work will include landscaping (leaves, branches, bushes, etc.) as well as cleaning the exterior of the house. Inside work will include sweeping, cleaning fireplace mantles, windows, and other household activities.
History or Educational Activities
We will not have any programs that day but you are free to explore and ask questions to the historical interpreters who are there.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Gloves are a great idea. Tools will be provided but if you have a favorite rake or cleaning apparatus, feel free to bring them.
Is there a rain date?
In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will continue as planned.
