Meeting place
Volunteers will meet at Stop #4 on the Western Front Driving Tour, Fort Gregg, at 9:45AM to begin paperwork and set-up.

Planned Activities
Volunteers will be split into groups to work on cutting down small trees and other tall vegetation in the open field. Some activities will be to pick up litter in the area and clean the informational signs.
History or Educational Activities
Rangers will be on site to discuss the battle at Fort Gregg and its connection to the end of the Petersburg Campaign.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Volunteers are recommended to bring water, sunscreen, gloves (if they choose), bug spray, and to dress for the weather. Long pants and closed-toe shoes that can get wet are also recommended.

In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will continue as planned.
