History or Educational Activities
Join us for a Guardian of the Gulf walking tour! This will be an hour-long tour led by one of our guides. We will meet at 11am at Fort Pickens after finishing up Park Day tasks.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Volunteers should wear closed-toed shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Tools and gloves will be provided. Volunteers are strongly encouraged to bring their own water and snacks, and there is a refillable water station available for use throughout the day.
Is there a rain date?
In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will continue as planned.
Please note
Volunteers will be emailed a pass to show at the entrance gate. This will waive your entrance fee to the park for the day.
