Meeting place
The Museum gates will open at 8:30AM, and volunteers should gather in the parking lot by the Carriage House.
Planned Activities
Volunteers will clean up the grounds, raking leaves, spreading compost on the gardens, picking up fallen limbs, painting (weather permitting) and other various activities.
History or Educational Activities
All volunteers will receive a free tour of the 2024 exhibit and a guided tour of the Study.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Tools will be supplied but volunteers are welcome to bring their own rakes, wheelbarrows, gloves, and other tools needed.
Is there a rain date?
In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will continue as planned.
Please note
Light rain will not stop our Park Day! Lights snacks and drinks will be avaiable for all volunteers.
