Perth Amboy Bluff

Historic location where Benjamin Franklin first landed in his initial journey from Boston to Philadelphia. Years later, in 1776, Benjamin Franklin would meet at the Bluff with British naval officers to attempt to reach peace negotiations before the war continued to grow.
