Get Directions

This State Park at the South Carolina Fall Line showcases a canal built during the early 1800s for shipment of goods inland or to the coast. During the Revolutionary War, the crossing at Land's Ford was an important route for British and Patriot forces moving north and south through the river cut state.

The park has a museum of Native American prehistory as well as exhibits on Revolutionary War, Antebellum, and Civil War history in the area. It is also a popular viewing area for Bald Eagles and other wildlife in upland South Carolina.
