The 1864 Battle at Honey Hill ended in a strategic stalemate between the Union and Confederate armies and later resulted in four Medals of Honor being awarded. Walk through 75 acres of preserved terrain, featuring original rifle pits, trenches, and roadways that bring the Battle of Honey Hill to life. Interpretive panels and guided tours onsite make the history easy to understand and hard to forget.
