This cemetery is the site of many Founding Fathers, their relatives, and other important figures in the Revolutionary War history, including: Benjamin Franklin's parents, Paul Revere, John Hancock, James Otis, Samuel Adams, Robert Treat Paine (third signer of the Declaration of Independence), and the victims of the Boston Massacre.
