Lundy's Lane

Visitors can take a 1.7 km, 1.1 mi, self-guided walking tour starting at the Niagara Falls History Museum to learn more about the Battle of Lundy’s Lane, fought on July 25, 1814. A PDF of this tour can be downloaded from the Niagara Falls Museums’ website, or a physical copy can be picked up at the museum. On the walking tour, visitors can walk through the Drummond Hill Cemetery to see the Battle of Lundy’s Lane Memorial, graves for both Canadian and American soldiers, and the grave of Laura Secord, who gave vital information to British forces before the Battle of Beaver Dams on June 24, 1813.
