Kings Mountain National Military Park, located in South Carolina, commemorates an American victory over the British during the Revolutionary War. Visitors can tour the 1.5 mile battlefield trail to witness the scene of one of the first Revolutionary battles to take place only between Revolutionaries and Loyalists in the South Carolina backcountry.
