Nathanael Greene
The Revolutionary War In4 Minutes
Nathanael Greene's rise to prominence as one of the most skilled and celebrated generals of the American Revolution was unlikely based upon his early life in the small town of Warwick, Rhode Island. His Continental Army career began immediately at the Siege of Boston in 1775, and lasted through the end of the war as he became the commanding general of the Southern Campaign.
Join Dan Davis for an overview of one of his favorite Revolutionary War generals. Davis is the Senior Education Manager at the American Battlefield Trust.
