Spring Buffington Island Battlefield Tour

Noted Great Raid author David L. Mowery will be our guide on this battlefield tour of the Buffington Island! The tour is free, but those who donate at least $10.00 will become members of the Foundation and will be helping to support our mission of preserving the battlefield. We will tour for two hours, break for lunch, and then complete the tour. There are no local locations for lunch, so pack a cooler and enjoy your meal in the memorial park. Public battlefield tours do not happen often at Buffington, so take advantage of this rare opportunity.
