Come out to Fort Pillow on April 26th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the park museum to help clean up your favorite Civil War site. With the help of the American Battlefield Trust and the Friends of Fort Pillow, each participant will receive lunch and a chance to participate in our annual park day clean up event. We will be removing debris from different historical features so please bring work gloves and wear appropriate clothing.
Planned Activities
We will be clearing the 1861 Earthworks.
History or Educational Activities
We will discuss the battle of Fort Pillow and if interested do a museum tour.
