Meeting place

Volunteers will meet 9:00 AM at the battlefield pavilion parking lot located approximately 3 miles north of Hazel Patch Kentucky on the Old Wilderness Road.
Directions: From Interstate 75 take exit #49. Go east 0.6 miles on Kentucky 909. Turn right onto US 25 south and go 0.7 miles. Turn left on the Hazel Patch Road and go 0.7 miles. After crossing the railroad tracks, take a left at the sign directing you to Camp Wildcat. Note: this is a single lane, gravel, county road. Drive slowly.

Planned Activities

The following work activities are planned:
- cleaning interpretive trail signs.
- litter pick up.
- trail maintenance.

Should I bring any tools or supplies?

Volunteers should be bring work gloves and suitable shoes for walking on unpaved, uneven surfaces.
Tools and other materials and supplies will be provided.
Light refreshments will be available.

In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will be cancelled.
