Meeting place
Volunteers should meet at Braddock's Battlefield History Center, 609 6th Street, Braddock, PA 15104 at 2:00 pm.
Planned Activities
Volunteers will assist in cleaning up the battlefield property from litter and debris that gathered over the winter months. Additional areas of work will include clearing a flower bed and preparing it for spring planting.
History or Educational Activities
We will offer a gallery talk about our newest exhibit on Dunbar's Camp.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Dress for the weather to be outdoors doing landscaping work and property cleanup. Please bring work gloves.
Is there a rain date?
In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will be moved to the the following Saturday, May 3rd.
