Park Day volunteers meet at Visitor Center, Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site, a Missouri State Park, at 10 AM.
Planned Activities
This Park Day volunteers will help in the museum - minor janitorial, putting up an exhibit, etc. Light manual labor. In the case of bad weather, the event will end earlier than scheduled - perhaps rather early.
History or Educational Activities
Volunteers will get a tour of the Battle of Pilot Knob grounds, perhaps a tour of the 1/4 mile trail called the Brogans Trail nearby, a 20 minute video presentation.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
No tools. Bring a lunch, if desired, but there are several good choices of restaurants nearby.

Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site is a Missouri State Park located in Pilot Knob, Missouri. It is located in a rural area, small town, and the Historic Site employes only three staff members.
