Meeting place
We'll meet at the parking area for the National Cemetery (which is across Route 34) at 9:00 am.
Planned Activities
We'll be doing basic landscape maintenance tasks including raking and picking up sticks in the National Cemetery, Mumma Cemetery, and Rohrback Campground to prepare for the upcoming mowing season.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Tools and supplies will be provided. Volunteers should wear close-toed shoes and bring a full water bottle. Volunteers may want to bring work gloves.
Is there a rain date?
In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will be cancelled.
Please note
There is no accessible restroom on site, but accessible restrooms are located at the park visitor center, which is about a mile's drive from the work site.
