Registration Packet Insert: $300
Promote your organization, product, or service. Deliver 400 pieces of literature, stickers, or small items to the address below by deadline for inclusion with the registration packet for all attendees. (American Battlefield Trust reserves the right to refuse materials.)
Exhibit Booth: $500
Exhibit Hall will be located at Seminary Ridge Museum
Exhibit Hall dates and time: Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
(A member of your organization must be present at the table for the duration of the Saturday night exhibit hall hours. If members of your organization’s staff would like to attend the Revelry on the Ridge event happening during those hours, tickets can be purchased a la carte at: https://www.battlefields.org/events/annual-conference-2024)

Kiosk Sponsor: $250
Promote your organization to every registrant as they check-in for the annual conference and display your logo on the kiosk display at registration pickup.
Passport Holder: $500
Conference attendees will hold food and drink tickets in a personal passport/ticket holder. Promote your organization by placing your logo on the face of the holder, which is used frequently by every participant for multiple days and events during the conference.
Drink cups: $500
Every conference attendee will receive a souvenir cup to use for refills at Friday and Saturday evening’s events. Sponsor these cups and place your logo in the hands (and home cupboards) of every conference participant.
In-Kind Sponsorship
We are always looking for businesses and groups who wish to be an “In-Kind Sponsor” for our Annual Conference. We are always looking to work with partners for food, venue, and talent. - Logo on sponsorship banner at registration
- Ad placement in Annual Conference program
