Joseph Reynolds House

Built in 1698, the Reynold's House is one of the oldest buildings in Bristol and the oldest known three-story building in Rhode Island. Lafayette stayed here during his military operation to drive the British from Newport from Sept. 7-23, 1778, which ended up failing.
