Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site preserves the site of the American Revolutionary War battle of Musgrove’s Mill. This battle was fought between 200 Patriot militia and a joint force of 500 combined Loyalist militia and British Provincial troops. The battle ended with a surprise victory for the patriots and was a major turning point in the Revolutionary War.
