Red Bank

Gloucester County's one and only historical park, the Red Bank Battlefield Park, was the site of the Hessian attack on Fort Mercer that occurred on October 22, 1777. The battlefield today hosts the James and Ann Whitall house that offers regular tours and programs that focus on the history of the park.
