Traveling Exhibition at the Wiltwyck Chapter House DAR

The Wiltwyck Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust are excited to feature the American Revolution Experience at the Wiltwyck Chapter House DAR from September 28 - October 19, 2025.

The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.

The exhibit is open to the public during the following hours:

• Sunday, September 28: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 4: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, October 5: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 11: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, October 12: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 18: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (see Special Event below)
• Sunday, October 19: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Special Events

Saturday, October 18: The Burning of Kingston is when the British came to Kingston and burned most of the Stockade area houses and arrested patriots. At this event, all members will be in period dress, we will be also giving tours of the house built in 1695 and furnished in period decoration.
