The Chickasawhay Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust are excited to feature the American Revolution Experience at the Waynesboro-Wayne County Library from February 4 - 19, 2026.

The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.

Hours of Operation

The exhibit is open to the public during the following hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed

Special Events

As the Boston Tea Party was an act of protest on December 16, 1773, during the American Revolution, visitors are asked to vote for their preference of tea or coffee and they will receive a floral paper tea cup & saucer with a Boston Harbor tea bag, while supplies last.
