The Seminole Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust are excited to feature the American Revolution Experience at Florida Atlantic University Libraries from February 7 - March 23, 2026.

The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.

Hours of Operation

The exhibit is open to the public during the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday | 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday | 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Monday, February 2 (3:00 PM screening / 4:00 PM lecture): Spies! Espionage in the American Revolution with Dr. Jeffery Rogg, 5th Floor, S.E. Wimberly Library
  • Tuesday, February 10 (7:00 PM): Screening of Dunk History, SNL, and the American Revolution and panel discussion with Dr. Matthew Elfenbein, Culture and Society Building (CU) Movie Theatre
  • Wednesday, February 11 (4:00 PM): Dunk History, SNL, and the American Revolution with Dr. Richard Bell, 5th Floor, S.E. Wimberly Library
  • Thursday, February 19 (4:00 PM): Florida in the American Revolution with Dr. Judith Bense, 5th Floor, S.E. Wimberly Library
  • Tuesday, February 24 (4:00 PM): Alexander Hamilton: Blood, Honor, and Politics in Early America with Dr. Adian Finucane, 5th Floor, S.E. Wimberly Library
  • Thursday, March 5 (4:00 PM): The Boston Massacre and the American Revolution: A Family Story with Dr. Serena Zabin, 5th Floor, S.E. Wimberly Library
  • Tuesday, March 10 (4:00 PM): The Painter’s Fire: The Artists Who Championed the American Revolution with Dr. Zara Anishanslin, 5th Floor, S.E. Wimberly Library
  • Thursday, March 19 (4:00 PM): John O' Sullivan Memorial Lecture Inheriting the Revolution: The Modern Legacy of 1776 with Dr. Lindsay Chervinsky at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Tickets are available at fauevents.com or 561-297-6124
