The Samuel Frazier Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust are excited to feature the American Revolution Experience at the East Tennessee History Center from June 30 - July 7, 2026.

The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.

Hours of Operation

The exhibit is open during the following hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday: Closed
 

Special Events

  • A "Ribbon Cutting" event will take place on the morning of 06/30/26. Local dignitaries, school and library administrators, DAR dignitaries and members, and local television and print media will be invited to attend. Beverages and light snacks will be served.
  • The East TN History Center has graciously offered to provide the museum portion of the center available to the public for no charge while this amazing exhibit is on-site. The museum portion of this amazing center, as well as other floors dedicated to the McClung Library for genealogical and other history research, are definitely a diamond in American Historical research.
