The Chestatee River Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust are excited to feature the American Revolution Experience at the Cumming Main Library from November 23 - December 1, 2025.

The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.

Hours of Operation

The exhibit is open to the public during the following hours:

  • Monday:  9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m. on 12/1)
  • Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Closed Thanksgiving 11/27
  • Closed Black Friday 11/28
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Docents will be present on each day in historical attire with historical fiction, non-fiction, and children's books for further reading. Six-foot cardboard standees of George Washington, Ben Franklin, the Marquies de Lafayette, and John Hancock at the door.
