Holiday Ornament Hunt at George Washington Birthplace National Monument

George Washington Birthplace National Monument will hold its second annual Holiday Ornament Hunt on Saturday, December 16th, 2023.

Explore the historic Memorial Area where holiday ornaments will be waiting for visitors to find. Participants who find an ornament may return it to the visitor center in exchange for a special gift.

The Holiday Ornament Hunt begins at 10:00 AM in front of the visitor center. The park visitor center and store will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are a limited number of ornaments, so be sure to come out early! Gifts are limited to one per group. 

The Holiday Ornament Hunt is free and open to the public.
