Join rangers at Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park for a 2-hour battlefield tour! Covering the Union victory that ended Confederate resistance in the Shenandoah Valley, the tour will stop at six key sites that are crucial in telling the story of the battle. Coming just three weeks before the 1864 presidential election, news of the victory boosted morale in the Northern state and helped carry Abraham Lincoln to a landslide reelection.

The tour is free and open to the public.
