The Battle of Petticoat Bridge 247th Anniversary

The Rev War Alliance of Burlington County, in partnership with the Burlington County Commissioners, are proud to present FREE to the public a reenactment of the Revolutionary War skirmish at Petticoat Bridge. Join us for three hours of history that will include original artifacts on display, lectures by historians, a living eighteenth century encampment, and artillery demonstrations with real cannon. At 12pm, experience a full-scale battle reenactment with members of the 2nd PA/43rd Regiment of Foot, the 42nd Royal Highlander Regiment and the Hessian Jäger Corps.

On-site parking is free. There will be outdoor bathrooms available to the public as well as hot food, t-shirts, original maps and other historical memorabilia for purchase.
