250th Anniversary of the Battle of Great Bridge

Join the Great Bridge Battlefield & Waterways History Foundation as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of Virginia's first victory at the Battle of Great Bridge. The day begins with a Historian's Battle Walk at 7am where you can walk in the footsteps of those who fought at the Battle of Great Bridge and experience the place and time that the battle occurred. The day continues with a Battlefield Tour, a Musket Salute and Ceremony at the Obelisk, Lectures by Michael Cecere and Bert Dunkerly, The VA 250 Mobile Museum, The American Revolution Experience Traveling Exhibit, and the Library of Virginia.
