Visitors to Culpeper County Oppose New Development Threats

Full of battlefields, museums, and historic resources, Culpeper County has left a mark on frequent visitors who get to enjoy the heritage of the county. Iconic locations like Cedar Mountain, Brandy Station, St. James Church and more allow visitors to absorb the history of this part of the country. Development such as industrial-scale solar facilities and gargantuan data centers threaten these resources while having a negative impact on the Culpeper tourism economy. Such decisions should be made carefully, using vetted and approved guidelines rather than piecemeal and by whim. Complete the in-process update of the county comprehensive plan before considering more large-scale projects

Please take action and make your voice heard against these threats in Culpeper County.

Completing this form will allow you to affix your name to the letter (see beneath the form) that states our opposition to the proposed developments.
