Meeting place
Repairing cannon carriages, painting, and landscape cleanup.
Planned Activities
We will begin at 9am working on cleaning and repairing cannon carriages or removing debris and weeds from historic site and mounds. Bring loppers and rakes if you have them. Pizza and water will be provided for volunteers around 12pm. The work day will continue until 2pm.
History or Educational Activities
A tour of the site will be offered at 2pm and will include a small arms demonstration.
Should I bring any tools or supplies?
Loppers, rakes, and gloves.
Is there a rain date?
In the instance of inclement weather, Park Day will be cancelled.
