The two day Living History event is held annually on or near the anniversary of the Battle of Cedar Mountain with Living historians portraying many of the Confederate and Federal units that fought on this ground August 9, 1862. Demonstrations are planned each day on how the soldier dressed, drilled, and camped as well as cavalry and artillery drills.
The family friendly event is free to the public.
