We will be meeting in Chantilly, Virginia on Wednesday, June 2 through Sunday, June 6, 2021.  If you transferred your registration from 2020 to 2021, your tours are selected and you are all set. If you aren't registered, and would like to attend, please register below.  In the event that we are required to postpone this event again, you will be notified by email and this page will be updated.  
 

Annual Conference Pricing

Color Bearer Registration

Our Color Bearer members, at a Division level or higher, receive complimentary registration to the Annual Conference, as follows:

  • Division – Total 2 free registrations
  • Corps – Total 4 free registrations
  • National – Total 5 free registrations
Standard Registration

$645: General Admission; from December 31, 2020 until March 15, 2021

$695: General Admission; from March 16 until May 28, 2021

Cancellation

If the continuation of COVID restrictions requires us to once again postpone this event, we will offer a full refund or or continue to carryover registrations until we can meet in person.

  • 100% refund if cancelled by May 3, 2021 (this includes carryover registrants from the postponed 2020 conference)

  • 25% refunds if cancelled by May 15, 2021

Past notices regarding the 2020 Annual Conference postponement due to COVID-19

Updated Information for Conference 2020 Registrants - March 30, 2020 Gov. Ralph Northam announced a “stay at home” order for the Commonwealth of Virginia, effective through June 10, 2020. Like residents of many states in this country, Virginians are being told to stay at home and gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited.  Due to this new ordinance, we’ve been forced to postpone the 2020 American Battlefield Trust Annual Conference. If you are currently registered to attend the conference, please check your email for more information on this decision and how we plan to move forward with your refund or transfer options.  

COVID-19 Outbreak: 2020 Annual Conference Registrants and Potential Registrants - March 17, 2020 We are closesly monitoring the COVIID-19 outbreak. Please know that your health and safety is our most important concern. With regards to the 2020 Annual Conference, we are currently taking a wait and see approach since the conference doesn’t take place until June. We know that many of you may have questions about what happens if you aren’t comfortable attending the conference, or if we decide to cancel the conference. Please know that we will refund your registration fee if requested – we have updated our refund policy for a full refund through May 1.  The American Battlefield Trust staff will continue to monitor the situation. If the outbreak becomes more severe and we are forced to cancel the conference, we will refund your registration fee. For those of you booking flights for the conference, we do strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance just to be on the safe side.
